The American Hydroponics website was created totally on Macintosh computers. This is Version 2.0 of our website. Version 1.0 was basically a beta, and we were just feeling our way into the net environment. Version 2.0 is a major upgrade that features the American Hydroponics product line presented in a well laid out and easily navigated website. Products are described and shown, and there are many tips as well as general information about hydroponic gardening Graphics and images were created and optimized for the internet with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Layouts and text formatting were done with Adobe Pagemaker, Optima's PageSpinner and Bare Bones' BBEdit. All final html coding was done with BBEdit. All of these applications are incredibly versatile, and of course, there is nothing that can compare to a Mac running the Mac OS.
